Lion & Lamb Enrichment Academy

School Year Session Policies & Tuition 2026/2027

Lion & Lamb Enrichment Academy offers Christ-centered homeschool enrichment programs designed to support families while maintaining a small, intentional learning environment.

All school year programs operate 2:30-5:30 PM.

 

School Year - Semester - Enrollment & Supply Fees

Enrollment Fee

A $25 non-refundable enrollment fee is required to reserve a student’s spot in the school year program per semester. (August–Dec & Jan-May).

Enrollment is not considered complete until this fee has been received.

 

Supply Fee

A $25 supply fee per student is required for school year session (Aug-May).

Or a supply list can be fulfilled by parent. Supplies will stay in the classroom.

This fee helps cover classroom materials, learning resources, art supplies, and activities used throughout the year.

Supply fees are due at the time of enrollment.

 

Potty Training Requirement:

All students enrolled in the program must be fully potty trained and able to independently use the restroom.

 

Enrichment

Fridays

K-5th Grade

Students attend one afternoon per week for structured academic enrichment including reading, writing, math, science, social studies, and Bible instruction.

Monthly Tuition:

$150 per student

 

Payment Policies

Monthly Tuition Due Date

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month

 

Late Payment Fee

A $15 late fee will be applied to any tuition not received by the 5th of the month.

If not paid by the 5th, your child will be disenrolled, and your spot will be given to the next person in line.

 

Attendance Policy for Unpaid Tuition

Students may not attend classes if tuition has not been paid. Payment must be received before a student can return to the program.

 

Multi Child & Military Discount

 10% discount will be given to military families.

$10 discount per student after the first, will be given to a family enrolling multiple children.

Discounts cannot be combined.

Withdrawal Policy

Families wishing to withdraw from the program must provide a minimum of two weeks written notice.

Tuition remains due during the two-week notice period in order to hold the student’s spot.

 

 

Pick - Up Policy

Lion & Lamb Enrichment Academy operates from 2:30-5:30.

Students must be picked up promptly at 5:30 PM each day.

Students must be signed in and signed out by a parent or an approved adult.

$10 per 1 minute will be charged if your child is not signed out by 5:30 p.m. and must be paid promptly at pick up.

 

 

Behavior & Conduct Policy

(Zero-Tolerance)

At Lion & Lamb Enrichment Academy LLC, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and Christ-centered learning environment for all students.

 

All students are expected to demonstrate respectful, kind, and cooperative behavior at all times. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Following directions promptly

  • Participating appropriately in activities

  • Treating peers and staff with respect

  • Using kind and appropriate language

  • This program operates under a strict zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior.

  • The following behaviors will not be tolerated under any circumstances:

  • Bullying, intimidation, or exclusion of others

  • Name-calling or disrespectful language

  • Defiance or refusal to follow instructions

  • Disrupting the learning environment

  • Refusal to participate in activities or complete work

  • Any behavior that negatively impacts the safety, learning, or well-being of others

 

Students are expected to uphold these standards consistently during all program hours.

 

Parents and guardians are also expected to support and uphold these expectations. This includes respectful communication with staff, adherence to program policies.

 

Disenrollment Policy

 

Lion & Lamb Enrichment Academy LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy and reserves the right to disenroll any student at any time, without warning and without refund, if behavior expectations are not met.

 

  • Disenrollment may occur immediately if:

  • A student demonstrates inappropriate or disruptive behavior

  • A student’s behavior impacts the safety or experience of others

  • A parent/guardian fails to support program expectations or policies

 

Our priority is to maintain a positive, safe, and structured environment for all families. Enrollment in this program is a privilege, and continued participation is contingent upon full compliance with all rules and expectations.
